There are very distinct facts in Isaiah's case that beg the question, is he guilty of 2nd-degree murder? That's not a question for us to decide, but a question for you to decide. Isaiah wanted to take his case to trial and release all the facts of the case, the good and the bad. After multiple, severe miscarriages of justice, Isaiah and his team have decided to release the facts directly to you.
Along with interesting case facts, a swift civil settlement, and an offer of full accountability, the prosecution refused to even read the mediation statement prepared by Isaiah's attorney. We believe this case has been an extreme miscarriage of justice head to toe, and that Isaiah would not get a fair shake at trial. Here's the evidence.
Isaiah and his team have maintained from the beginning that there deserves to be punishment. A punishment proportional to the night. Isaiah offered to plead guilty and serve more than 3 years in prison, but it wasn't enough for the prosecutors who are calling for more than 20 years in prison. Who does this sentence benefit? Does everyone receive a similar sentence? What is a just sentence?
Isaiah Sadowski has dedicated himself to helping others. He would volunteer every Monday night at a mental hospital, spent 200 hours in outpatient rehab assisting other patients, sponsored individuals in Alcoholics Anonymous, and connected with a younger demographic who - seemingly more and more - is taking substance abuse less seriously. But Isaiah wasn’t always like this.
Isaiah was a Blue Valley architectural student, AAA baseball player, engineering intern, and entrepreneur. Isaiah founded his own business at 17 years old, purchased his first rental property at 19 years old, and at one time had a team of 10 employees.
Despite personal successes, Isaiah never felt spiritual success. Isaiah had been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, suicidal ideation, and had an overall bleak outlook on life. Isaiah tried DBT therapy, EMDR therapy, and a slew of other remedies, Isaiah could seemly not recover from the overwhelming negative emotions life brought.
On December 27th, 2021, Isaiah was involved in a DUI car accident and subsequently charged with second-degree murder.
Despite the horrific and tragic events of December 27th, Isaiah would get off house arrest to begin working again - both traditionally and entrepreneurially. After his release from house arrest, he not only resumed his entrepreneurial ventures but also expanded them significantly. Isaiah was able to amass four rental properties, facilitated the sale of numerous properties in Kansas City, developed architectural floor plans, and eventually sold the business he founded, all while maintaining various overnight employment positions.

Drunk Drivers Against Drunk Drivers (DDADD) is Isaiah's program. After months of thought, planning, and analysis, Isaiah reached a conclusion. His thesis is that more and more often young people are wrapped up in motor vehicle accidents while under the influence. According to the NHTSA, Car crashes are a leading cause of death for teens, and about a quarter of fatal crashes involve an underage drinking driver. In 2021, 27% of young drivers 15 to 20 years old who were killed in crashes had BACs of .01 g/dL or higher. Furthermore the 21- to 24-year-old age group has the most drunk driving accidents in the United States.
DDADD calls for intervention from the beginning. We live in a social media-driven society. Recent survey data suggests that 42% of U.S. kids have a phone by the age of 10. By age 14, smartphone ownership climbs to 91%. Knowing this, it's terrifying to find over 50% of children are exposed to inappropriate adult content by 13. The question you must ask, is how much of the overall content is geared towards the glamorization of substances, weapons, and degeneracy, that may not be deemed explicitly "inappropriate"?
Isaiah's initiative emphasizes the vital role of young adults in driving positive change, especially those who recognize the significance of their actions. His volunteering experiences have revealed a concerning trend: many teens and young adults in treatment programs struggle to take these initiatives seriously, often due to a disconnect with significantly older facilitators. Contrasting this, Isaiah has successfully resonated with individuals aged 15-35, challenging the misconception that AA groups are predominantly for the elderly. After sponsoring individuals, working with members, and working the steps of AA, Isaiah can attest that AA is not a program of getting or staying sober, it is a design for living.
