Isaiah Sadowski is a God first volunteer, speaker, entrepreneur, musician, and leader.
-Outpatient Rehabilitation Patient & Graduate on Isaiah
Isaiah is just a small-town kid in a big city. From Colorado to Kansas, Isaiah has always had the entrepreneurial spirit to create jobs, help others, and innovate in any industry he touches. Isaiah has fallen in love with volunteering events, classical architecture, and music. Isaiah has a dog - an Australian Shepard mix named Emmy, two loving parents, and a slew of amazing friends.
Isaiah Sadowski grew up in Elizabeth Colorado, a small town of less than 1500 people. In Elizabeth, Isaiah was a member of Elbert County's Gifted And Talented Education (GATE) program. Isaiah excelled in academics from a young age and found he wanted to be an architectural engineer during his time in GATE. In 4th grade, Isaiah participated in a project called Polyhedraville - a land development project where students were tasked with constructing buildings from paper, finding the areas of the buildings, and designing the "city" in a coherent way.
Isaiah would take this love of architecture to Overland Park, Kansas in the 6th grade. Isaiah would go on to to be recommended for the Blue Valley Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) architectural engineering program after 3 successful years of learning AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and significant portions of the International Building Code (IBC). From the BV CAPS program, Isaiah was able to launch directly into an internship with one of the world's leading engineering firms.
Isaiah would lead a team during his time at the engineering firm, oftentimes staying up until 3:00 AM spearheading their project, going to bed, waking up for school at 7:00 AM, attending his classes, and work at a local chicken shop from 4:00 - 10:00 PM. Despite the chaotic and messy schedule, Isaiah led his group to win the internship.
Isaiah would take his team from the internship and they would start their own business together, Novacom. Novacom was originally supposed to be an "architectural consulting" firm but quickly amassed into so much more.
Novacom would be under Isaiah's ownership for 4 years, amassing rental properties, running AirBnB units, selling distressed properties in Kansas City to investors to be fixed, and cranking out floor plans. Isaiah would go on to sell Novacom in 2024, marking the sale of the business he started at 17 years old.
Isaiah struggled with mental health issues for the first 20 years of his life. As far back as he remembers, he felt an overwhelming feeling of deflation and hopelessness. Isaiah had tried DBT therapy, EMDR therapy, medications, holistic therapies, and seemingly everything else. After the car accident, Isaiah was hopeless, suicidal, and felt every day he should have been the one to die. Living with this sense of overwhelming guilt and dread someone suggested Isaiah try Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). There was such an overwhelming amount of despair, Isaiah was desperate enough to try anything. Isaiah attended his first AA meeting on April 06, 2022. A gentleman at the meeting suggested Isaiah attend 90 meetings in 90 days - thus Isaiah started going every day.
He quickly found himself wrapped up in AA events such as First Friends Friday, the group's anniversary party, and "outside meetings" where the group would take a "first step AA meeting" to a mental health treatment center. Before he knew it, he was sponsoring individuals, leading meetings, and taking his own meetings to an inpatient facility in Olathe KS.
Further, after the accident, Isaiah found God. Isaiah was agnostic/atheistic for the first 20 years of his life. Immediately after the crash, a good friend of Isaiah's began a Bible study group and invited Isaiah. This was Isaiah's first true exposure to Christ. Isaiah began attending the Baptist Church, where he made an amazing Church Family. The Pastor at this Church was just beginning the Book of Revelations, the last book in the Bible. Isaiah immersed himself in Revelations, Genesis, and Job. Wherever Isaiah is, he hopes to continue his walk with Christ and continue attending the Church.
Isaiah has started a non-profit organization called Drunk Drivers Against Drunk Drivers in an effort to reach kids & teens at an early age and implore them to never drink and drive, but further, never use substances, dress well, speak with clear annunciation & diction, and educate themselves.
Isaiah's team has nothing but the highest remarks about him, but, what would a professional say? Isaiah sat down for a 3-hour-long conversation with a professional therapist. View their comments here!
